Does having MagSafe wallet affix all the time to your iPhone degrade the battery?

is it bad for the phone then?
Not particularly. I suppose it could scratch the phone, if something was trapped between the wallet & the phone (sand, for instance).

These seem like very random concerns… is there some specific issue worrying you?

No. No, No, No, No, No.

Use MagSafe. Use Qi. Use Qi2. Use a cord if you prefer. Batteries are supposed to be charged.

I don't know why it is so unique to MacRumors, but I've never encountered such over-the-top hand wringing about batteries as I have here, most of it nonsense that has long ago been disproven, discarded, or solved through advancements in engineering.
