Many issues say MBA M2 or MBP M2max has CPU heat problems, does MBP M2 also have that?

Neither do. The problem is people who don't know much about tech (yes, including many tech YouTubers) think that a machine getting warm is a heat problem when in reality its normal operation. People think the tasks they do are lightweight and shouldn't cause heat when in reality they're actually pretty intensive tasks, so the machine gets warm.

If a machine was truly overheating it would start to lag and glitch before shutting itself down to prevent damage.

on the m2 mbpros: when do the fans become audible in a quiet room?

see, my i9mbp does get on my nerves as soon as I connect it to an external screen as it switches to the big graphics adapter or something... I can't have a machine that turns into a hoover when connecting a screen or doing a search through a pdf in preview..
so, what about the m2pros? better, or the same? or even worse?

With my M2 Max MBP, I have yet to hear the fans. I have heard the air being exhausted from the machine with doing heavy video rendering tasks and some gaming, but none of the mechanical noise that would be from the fans themselves.
