I'm thinking of getting Snow Leopard and want to see if i can take advantage of it's features...specifically OpenCL

Here are my specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo, 2.4 GHz, 4GB of Ram, ATI Radeon HD 2400, 128 MB

??
 
Snow Leopard has plenty of features. OpenCL is only one of the features. So yes, your computer can use Snow Leopard features.

If you don't know whether your video card can run OpenCL, then you most likely won't need it. I know mine can run it. Why don't you actually search? Here is a result
