Does my iPhone jailbreaked or not?

I've IPhone 5s ,I have a cydia app but I'm not sure if it jailbreaked or not? Any help?

If it has cydia then it's jailbroken.

Yes, it is.
If you want to go back to stock plug it to iTunes and hit restore.
