Other Does NeuralCam app work just like Night Mode for the iPhone 11?

Debating on getting a XS Max or a regular 11 for my wife. The Night Mode seems like the deciding factor to me.

Long Story Short - Night mode get better results...more sharpness, rich colors, because of better image sensor and software...
