Does News+ add new magazines to their collection?

I'm on my first free month of Apple News+ and I can't say that I'm very impressed. However, given that it's relatively new it could improve in the future. The choice of available magazine is (for me) not good. Is this fixed or are the still adding new mags?

Occasionally, but, in my experience, not often... and not stuff that I care about.

Apple News used to have the Financial Times. I wish they'd get that back.

From my experience many publishers are not thrilled with what they have been getting so I expect in the next 2 years many will leave.

Didn't the NYT already leave? That does not bode well for the future of News+. Of course, the future for the entire publishing industry is pretty grim.

Been a NYT reader since an early teen. I think they left because the NYT is one of the only (?) online news services which makes money through subscriptions and doesn’t need News+ to survive. Wish they were still a part of News+ as the NYT subscription is 190$ / yr (and crossword subscription is separate).

It's $5.00/mo for the digital sub. I still cancelled NYT because I can't justify a sub to the NYT and News+.

My error....its 146.25 per year...not counting Crossword ($19.97/yr. ). Where/how do you get it for 5$ mo.?

That price is for the Basic Digital Access subscription via the iOS app. I don't think you get the crossword at that level. Also, the digital advertisements spoiled the experience for me, which is another reason I cancelled.
