Does Notebook theme for iphone/ipod touch exist?

I would like to theme my ipod touch to look something like this

Does anyone know of any notebook like theme in Cydia or elsewhere?

then take a screenshot of notes and use it as your wallpaper


for the love of god though the fonts in the original pic is hideous
