Does OpenSSH stay on if I remove jailbrake?

If i restore my phone to stock after jailbrake but had openSSH enabled, does it stay open even though it is no longer jailbroken or is it completley removed due to the restore? Just curious that's all.

when you restore back to a factory ipsw from itunes, ssh is no longer active, nor even installed
