I have found my mbp 16 running for hours with closed lid and when i touched the aliminum body, all the places were extremely hot. Does this damage to speakers?

the other parts seems normal (benchmark tests normal)

Heat accelerates aging in electronics, but it's nothing to worry about so long as you're not constantly running it at maximum heat. I've accidentally left my 2018 MBP underneath a pile of blankets before while it was on and when I got back to it hours later, it was scalding hot. It's fine. I don't think you're going to outright break anything for using your equipment to its full potential. It'll add a little bit of wear and tear, but chances are that it probably won't ever result in anything negative that you'll see.
