Does removing installer.app remove installed applications?

I installed installer.app by transferring it over FTP to my iPhone. If I FTP on to the iPhone and delete installer.app in the applications folder, will my installed applications (OpenSSH, BSD Subsystem, terminal etc) be lost too?

And if not, if I were to then install installer.app once again, would my apps be back under the "installed" section?

If I am not mistaken.

Deleting Installer and its folder DOES NOT uninstall your 3rd part apps.

BUT if you deleted Installers folder as well as the app then if you put installer back it DOES NOT know what you have installed already.

And even if you have BSD subsystem on the phone if you try to install something that requires it and installer doesn't know its already on the phone then it WILL NOT install that app.

I have some experience of this...

I added Installer using Independence and updated it to the new version then removed the app but left the folder.

When I put installer back it thought it was an upgraded version even though it wasn't (as I left the settings!) and I could NOT reinstall it...

When I deleted the folder and installer and put it back it then updated but didn't show any of my apps I installed on the list.

Seeing as I installed the task bar notifier and it didn't show up in installer and I did not want to risk reinstalling it (as I had no idea what would happen!) I decided to delete installer again!
