I am completely sick of commercials and ready to pony up the $10 for a premium music streaming service. I’ve been using Pandora up to this point and I love how it works with the thumbs up thumbs down, smart algorithm and ability to create stations based on a song, artist or genre. Everyone I have talked to insists Spotify is hands down the only choice, I just wanted to make sure it had all of these identical features before making the leap. Thanks!

I don't know anything about Pandora, but there's a lot you can do in Spotify. I guess the feature you're asking about would be called the Daily Mixes, which are based on songs/artists/albums you like. You can also create radio stations.

You can get a free Premium month's trial too. Seems like a great way to make sure it's a good fit for you.

I use Spotify (free ver) - like that I can download podcasts and listen to them without streaming. The commercials are annoying on Spotify (they probably are ment to be that way to get people to subscribe) - I use it in the car, so I use the radio mute.
