Does System services on iPhone drain the battery?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about system services settings (in location services) on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. There always have been a rumor that having all system services enabled will dramatically drain the battery. Is this really true?

if true, which services should I turn off then? If I close all the services, does this affect my phone calls and SMS?

I have only those 3 enabled and haven’t noticed any issue. WiFi Calling also works without this enabled.
