Does the 6+ still have the horizontal wallpaper bug?

For those who do not know, there is a big with the 6+ where even if the resolution of the wallpaper is correct, it would zoom into the wallpaper in horizontal view instead of just switching the orientation.

Not fixed in 9.1. So, either it was never fixed or it was fixed in 9.0.1 and then re-broken in 9.1.
