Does the Apple store perform RAM upgrades for the 2018 mini?

If I buy the entry-level and decide to upgrade to 16GB a few years from now, will the Apple store do that?

Has anyone run into this issue yet? Know how much they charge, etc.?

I’d assume you’d need to buy the RAM from Apple and could not use your own.
