Hi,
I am planning to install the public beta on my primary phone (I know, I should not). Still, my question is whether some of you are running a combination of beta 2 (or public beta) and a series 4 watch still with watchOS 6? I am mostly concerned about messages as well as workout and podcast sync.

I guess I did not search properly before posting this - there are a few answers in the forum already - sorry about that!

I’m on the developer betas and it was a few days between when I put iOS 14 on my iPhone and watchOS 7 on my Apple Watch. The watch functioned just fine in the day or two where I had it still on watchOS 6 and my phone being on the new beta.

I've been on the iOS 14 beta since day 1, and watchOS 6. The watch works perfectly with my phone. I don't notice a difference between iOS 14 and iOS 13 when it comes to my watch syncing.

You should be good!
