I've only been using this watch for two days without the protective film, and the glass is already in terrible condition. I don't work in a factory, I don't build a house: I just walk around with my watch hidden under the sleeve of my jacket, and I take a shower with it. Are they scratched by the air currents?

I only use aluminium watches and don’t use screen protectors. My screens stayed looking brand new.

You are obviously scratching it on something. It’s not the air doing it.

I just work in a factory. I sold the last watch with perfect glass, and I wear the new ones without scratches so far. I hope so it will be.
really , look carefully around what can scratch . and don't worry so much - it's just a thing, albeit an expensive one

I do have a couple of scratches in my 7, but it took nearly a year to get the first one, where as my AW3 and AW4 accumulated scratches early on.

I used my series 8 for a small period without a screen protector with a jacket, did not obtain any surface scratches or deep scratches... I do bang up my watch a lot unknowingly and thats probably what's happening here. The screens are pretty resistant to scratches compared to early gens but still can scratch.

Those are deep scratches... There is either something on the bottom of your jacket sleeve that caused this or you scraped against something without noticing.
