i just got a replacement iphone yesterday. it was brand new from bestbuy.. i was within 30days so i got a sealed new one.. ne ways now my power button is depressed in on the left side so thats super annoying but i noticed when i went to apply a wrapsol to the back of my phone as i was cleaning it the back makes a creek noise.. i was buffing my phone with a lint-free cloth and in the middle of the back it sounds like either the plastic is broke or is being pressed against something to make this creek sound. i know im picking but has anyone else noticed a depressed power button and/or creeking on the iphone 3gs.

A 'creek" noise? Are you sure it wasn't the bones in your wrist while you were polishing it? Or maybe your water is running and just sounds like a creek. Check for fish.
