Does the base Macbook run smoothly?

Hello Guys

The specs is not so impressive, yet since that's OSX , I wonder its performance.
For example, will it choke when watch HD?
Or this kind of questions only belongs to windows

Yes, it runs great (you may want more RAM if you want to virtualize Windows)...I just got my 2.0GHz Core Duo Macbook replaced with the new mid-range one...but the 2.0GHz one was fantastic, and slower than the machine you're getting...

Unlike other PC manufacturers, Apple wouldn't sell a computer which won't run its current OS smoothly.
