you know, what they call the touchscreen glass: digitizer... does ipad use it?

I can't believe I am answering this question...but anyway.

The iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad all use a capacitive touch sensing system. Look it up.

hey, i'm just making sure they called digitizers before i buy ipaddigitizer.com

Well then no. For whatever reason resistive and capacitive touch sensors are not often referred to as digitizers. Wacom's pen system, which from memory is an "active" system using a form of field effect sensing involving resonance, on the other hand is.
