If I buy an iPhone 16, I know the cable it comes with is a USB-C. But is the cable 2.0 or 3.0?
And does the protocol determine the charge time? Will I get a faster charge time if I buy another cable from Apple?

The included cable is not capable of the highest transfer speeds. You need a thunderbolt USB-C cable for that.

I'm not concerned with transfer speeds, I'm concerned with charge times.
I see a 60W USB-C cable and a 240W USB-C cable both Apple products. Do you know which one comes with the iPhone? I assume it's the 60W.

iPhone comes with a 60W USB-C cable. The max power accepted by the phone is about 30W.
