Does the iPhone and iPad have separate servers to download iOS?

I was just wondering because I just updated my iPad 2 and the downlaod took about 10 minutes, whereas the download for the iPhone update is going very, very slow, and it's saying it's going to take about 80 minutes.


Is it the problem with the download server or my internet?
