Does the iPhone timestamp contact info creation?

I know this is random, but I need to find out when a contact's address was saved into the phone.

Is there any way at all of finding this out?
 
well the truth is some chick is accusing me of tracking down her address when she actually gave it to me. So basically is accussing me of stalking her which is so far from the truth its not even funny.

I was on the phone with her when I saved it into my phone under her contact info. So i figured if there was a way to access my iphones registry and find a time stamp on when that address was saved I could prove to her thats what happened. I hate being accused of something and not being able to refute such insane allegations.

How do i see that? do i have to plug it into itunes?

Cuz that should work because it havent done anything to her contact info except maybe change the ringtone since then.
