Does the new build (dev6) work with Lacie TB2 drives, connected via LaCie Raid Manager. All the other builds did not, LaCie support is not helpful, they don't know (or ignore) High Sierra....

It won't work until LaCie releases new firmware that gives 10.13 compatibility. I would hold off until they release an update.
