Does the new iTunes update fix incorrectly matching live versions of songs to studio versions?

Or is it mostly for unDRMing incorrectly DRMed songs?

Nope. I'm hoping they'll fix most of the issues by the time iOS 9 comes out or else I'll probably go back to Spotify.
