I should be getting my 27" imac in the next couple of days (I ordered it from work). I forgot to order a remote though. So my question is...will the remote I had with my 06 20" iMac work with the new one I am getting?

Sure. My apple tv remote works with my new 27" imac, so your old remote will work with you imac

Good, so I dont have to order the new remote. I am real excited for my new iMac. I got the old 20" back in 2006, where the ram is maxed at 2 GB. It has been a GREAT machine for me, but the past few months, it has been freezing on me, requiring a restart, and I have been getting some video issues on the screen. Its going to be a big difference going from a 20" to a 27"! I got it from my job for 1286 euros, which compared to the states, its not bad.

Im still waiting for it to come. Im expecting a big difference, but I dont think I will really understand the difference until I have them side by side. Im super excited, but I know its not going to be all positive, because I have A LOT of transferring to do!
