Does the Reset All Settings Affect Keyboard Shortcuts?

So I have had my share hiccups with iOS 9, and before heading for the clean install I would like to Reset All Settings. I was wondering if I do that (or a clean install) will I lose all the shortcuts I manually entered + the words predictive keyboard has learned? Is there a way to save those... I don't want to start all over.

Mine stayed after the reset. Seems like they are likely stored somewhere in the iCloud.
