iPad Pro Does the smart connector get scratched up?

Topic. Will the smart connector on iPad Pro 9.7 or 12.9 get scratched up by the smart keyboard or other accessories?

There's some wear on mine, the connectors have a slight shine where it hooks up to the Smart Keyboard but it's hardly noticeable.

Mines fine and my case doesn't enclose it, no scratches.

Hi there ... Did your iPad smart connector got any worse than that shiny scratch which was hardly noticeable... Because the same is happening with mine for now it's hardly noticeable in mine but wanna know more from u if it got any worse or needed repairs later???

Anyone who got the scratches worsened up with time after regular usage?? Do we have smart connector stickers or something like that which can sit on the smart connector protecting it while taking the scratches itself??
