Does this 960PRO SSD from Samsung work on my nMP?

I would like to upgrade my nMP ssd to 1tb.

Does this Samsung work out of the box or not?

No, it does not, the ports are different. You need to score an original Apple SSD (or, if you want to compromise read/write speed as well as reliability, an OWC one).

Thanks a lot for answering. So I need to find an Apple one. OWC is not an option, already find 1tb for 500 euro but I don't like the form factor.

Yep, that's the way to go. An Apple 1 TB sold on Ebay Germany for just 400€ last week...
