Hi, guys. I bought a Radeon HD 7950 for my classic Mac Pro from someone on ebay. Unfortunately, it was shipped in a flat rate Priority Mail box between a few flat sheets of bubble wrap not taped or secured in any way. When I received it, it had been jostled around so much that the end of the bracket had punched through the box and was sticking out when I came home to find the package on my porch. Needless to say, the bracket was bent out of shape, but the seller encouraged me to bend it back into shape again and assured me that he had mailed another card with the same packaging and it had arrived just fine. Well, the card seems to mostly work, but I am getting some video glitches that I never saw with the GTX 680 I was using before. The seller has not been very responsive but keeps giving me generic advice to "update the drivers" and such. I attached a couple of links to examples of the glitches that occur, one when refreshing a browser page, one when I roll the mouse up and down over a bunch of links in wikipedia. Is this a symptom of a damaged card? It was a good deal, but I think I may just have to file a complaint with ebay.

If it was Paypal, I would get a refund and send it back.

Bent card and glitchy.....
AMD cards don't need drivers for MacOS.

You don't mention what MacOS version you have.

Sorry, I just installed Monterey which is why I wanted to switch to an AMD card with native drivers. Tomorrow was the last day to keep my case open, so I kicked it up to eBay and they said they will refund me after I return the card. My original card actually runs pretty well after patching the Kepler drivers into OpenCore anyway.
