My custom-built PC has an i7-8xyzz processor.
Does this processor support MacOS Sonoma in a VMware Workstation 17 Pro VM ?

MacOS wil not normally run in VMware for WIndows. More licensing than technical limitations. But there used to be hacks that allowed you to run it, as Sonoma still supports Intel processors. Bu I haven't looked into it for a while, so I don't know if the hacks still work.

I think minimum is 8-generation intel processor, mine is i7 8xyzz
I had Vmware Workstation pro and Ventura and upgraded to Sonoma, but is too slow
Better install fresh from Sonoma.iso
