I would like to consult you about something, I had a bad experience a few years ago. Because the MacBook Pro I bought had a problem, I sent it to technical service and the diagnosed the problem with report and Apple replaced it. The laptop that came next was also defective, I got a report on it as well and Apple replaced it. Like this, up to the 6th device, it came with problems due to bad luck and I provided a replacement each of them with a technical service report. Finally I kept and used the last one. Do you think this will be considered as abuse by Apple or did Apple flag me and will it affect my customer profile?

Note: I have sent the defective units to same tech service

But did you return the same model from the same original purchase six times?!

OP is right to be be concerned. (What a string of bad units — either bad luck or from the same bad batch of Macs.).

One hopes, though, given that Apple clearly confirmed the problems and approved replacements, it wouldn't be a negative or lead to a red flag somewhere.

The proof will be the next time the OP buys an Apple product and has to return it!
