Does ups not let you change delivery to a ups hub anymore? I am trying To change delivery To a hub like I normally do but it doesn’t show on the ups site. I only see ups stores. If I have my phones delivered to a ups store will I still be able to pick it up tomorrow ? Normally I go at 10am and pick them up so I don’t have to wait all day . I just tried calling and they are closed .

i emailed them yesterday and got a response today that it will be held at the ups cc for pick up. this is the response i got

We will gladly hold the items for pick up at our UPS Customer Center in 657 Forbes Boulevard in South San Francisco CA 94080. Their business hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm, closed on Saturday and Sunday. You may find a map or directions at the "Find Locations" feature on our web site using the link below:

Your package will be available for pick up from 09/21/18 to 09/27/18 pending normal customs clearance.

Ya I have never done a request for a ups store ... usually I do the ups hub and that isn’t showing up as any option and I’m torn what to do . I don’t want to wait around at home all day
My hub is Sylmar.
I’m not going to try to hold it this late, so I will leave the release and hope they leave it. I work close to home so I can run home to get it once it is delivered.
I had the exact same issue. Every year I hold it for pickup at the UPS CC but this year that option was missing. I called UPS’s help line and they were able to make the change in no time. We’ll see how well that fares tomorrow morning, knowing UPS I’m sure they’ll cock it up in some way.
I usually change it around this time . Oh well I guess I’ll be home this is disappointing tho . Going to mall at 4 to get a watgh

Ups help line was closed ... I shoulda tried earlier but earlier it said it was coming Monday . Maybe I can do it at 5am and be fine

Click the filter on the search results and choose customer center. I found this out after I already picked a UPS Store. But supposedly mine will still be at the store today anyway.
Yeah I asked the same question op in the Apple preorder thread. Basically I was able to select UPS CC when I used the desktop website login through my MacBook Pro Safari. The UPS CC was on like the 3rd page of locations after all these UPS stores。
