Does VMware Fusion 11.1.1 work on Catalina?

Hello! Quick question about whether VMware Fusion 11.1.1 will work with macOS 10.15. Can anyone running it confirm that it works? I would like to upgrade my Mac to Catalina but need to access VMware Fusion, so gotta confirm that it will work before I upgrade.

VMWare Fusion 11.5 is a free update (but you will have to download it manually) and works on macOS 10.15.
