how do you test it?I received my second Ipad today, this was a replacement and I have speed tested it several times and it will not run even close to as fast as my laptop. Is everyone else seeing the same results?
how do you test it?
I think hes talking network speed ala speedtest.net?
Yea I am using speedtest. Mine is not even close but my ipod touch and my droid are both close. Maybe I got another bad Ipad.
Maybe you don't know what your talking about.
The iPad isn't going to have network transfer speeds equal to a computer with 4+ times the computing power of an iPad.
However, my iPad has no problem getting 17.5Mbit/sec down and 8Mbit/sec up on my FiOS at home via 802.11n.
Ok, that made a lot of sense! That's the stupidest answer I have ever heard. I gave u two different devices that are running at the same speed as my computer and just because my iPad is not I don't know what I'm talking about? Your a retard!
I don't think you got another bad iPad. If you had the problem on two, you should look somewhere else.
Maybe you should return it just to check your theory out. If the third one is slow as well, you should go in with a baseball bat to the store and bash some displays because they only give you the bad ones.
