Does your time take a while to appear?

I notice my time in the middle of the top of my screen lags behind the signal and battery icons.

Anyone else?

I have noticed that happen frequently on all my devices since upgrading. Odd though I just did a test and the time came up quickly. Maybe it has to do with how long the phone has been on standby.
