Is anyone having issues with Dolby Vision content making bright flashes in scene transitions? I just got a replacement iPad and it is doing it as well. This is the new 12.9 mini led ipad. For example Ted Lasso season 2 episode one has a ton of flashes in it. It happens very quickly in different parts of the screen. It does happen in the exact same place on the ipad with the same scene but a different scene might be in a different place on the screen. I just wonder if this is because it is mini led and apple needs to issue.

So I guess no one has this issue other than me with two different ipads?

I saw a noticeable increase in brightness after the transition.

I had to watch this 2x as 5 second to 10 second it appears that the video got stuck. I assume you slowed it down to make the flash more noticeable.

To me its the feature of Dolby Vision on a miniLED scren and not a bug.

If it bothers you then swap it out for an iPad Air?

Are you actively looking for defects to complain about or hopefully repplace

Yeah it is insanely fast and I did slow it down with the slomo iPhone video. Once I saw it I can not unsee it. I don’t mind the blooming but this constant flash in shows and movies gets annoying to me. I usually watch in a dark environment which makes the flashing way more apparent. I already have it up for sale lol
