I am in the process of buying domains and finding a good hosting for my websites. And I found out in different forums that .mac sites takes more time to load in European countries.
How geography and distance affects hosting and speed???
I am living in Finland (and sometimes in Brazil) what should I do?
Should I be aware of something special before I buy domains and chose a hosting company for me? Different laws? Prices? Rights? Speeds?
Beside having to pay for international calls anytime I need support, Is there any big disadvantage on choosing an American big company?
I am sorry if these are very stupid and ignorant questions...
