No need to get your hopes up so you have to badmouth Apple more because they didnt send you money, credits, or bumpers.

At least Apple fixed the oil leak.

Non-issue: They were holding the drill rig the wrong way. Next-gen drill rigs will come with an amazing and magical new innovation, too: built-in Bumpers to prevent blowouts.

I don't expect anything free, I did when they gave me my free bumper close to 2 weeks ago.

If they don't give me a new iMac and a MacBook Pro then I'm going to file a class action lawsuit against them. See how they like that. :p

the OP does make a good point, whenever there is an apple announcement a lot of people get their hopes up sky high, work themselves up into a lather.... then when their expectations aren't met by Apple they will create hundreds of threads complaining and cursing Apple. Making this thread is not going to stop that from happening but a good point nevertheless.

I've learned to never get my hopes up too high with Apple announcements, they release hardware and software in small increments so it's very rare that you will be blown away.
