Don't have AirPods Pro options in macOS menu bar?

Hi all! I have the latest version of macOS Catalina (10.15.4 supplemental update), but for some reason, I'm not able to control transparency mode or noise cancellation in the sound menu. (See attached picture.)

Am I missing something?

Mine seems to be working just fine. Maybe try unpairing and re-pairing the Pods.
