Don't have permission to rename drive

When I try to rename my main partition this is what is displayed "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have the necessary permission."

I am the logged in as the main admin account.

any ideas how to get permission?

Thanks, couldn't get it to work though so I have just done a clean install.
