An I missing something? Surely there's a way to make that dang lock screen NOT allow folks to double click my phone and start music playing. And before you write the typical reply that I should not let folks handle my phone: this is what lock codes are for. To keep anybody who has your phone from DOING stuff with it.

Also, my wife had music turn on in her pocket. It's gotta stop.

The music controls have been on the lock screen since iPhone OS 1. There hasn't been a way of turning it off yet, but you can write to Apple about changing it.
