Dont want to lose my Data

Ok, I was reinstalling leopard on my mac for some problems I was having, and when I installed the backup I made from Time Machine my songs in iTunes weren't there. They are still on my iPhone but I dont know how to transfer them over. Thanks.

I used Senuti to get my songs from my iPod back to my PowerBook. Just look up how to prevent the iPhone from syncing when it is plugged in or else you will lose the songs on the iPhone, too. It think you have to hold down shift or something, it may be in the Senuti instructions.

That got everything but the apps. How would I transfer them over?

I'm pretty sure apple will let you re-download apps with no extra charge. once you've purchased them they're always accessible to you w/ out charge (unlike itunes music)
