This always happens to me. For example I have sportstap to get game scores and when a new text come in the text notofication closes out the push notification window, effectively causing me to lose/miss out on valuable information. I won't know how many push notifications I've recieved for any application for the matter. What apple needs to do here is have the push notification messages fully integrated with text messages/missed calls.

So say you got a push from sportstap, a new text message, and a missed phone call for example. The notifcstion screen should show all of these, not just the text and phone missed notifications.

A universal all missed notifications badge is what I'm after for a future feature.

Yes I hate it to. I would like it to show up like when you get a text and missed call. But all it takes is one more text from a different person and that overwrites it all.

Notifications in general are weak in the iPhone. They're distracting and annoying at times.

My name is Almy, and I was wrong.

I didn't think it would matter how apple did push notifications, and I'm sure I vocalised it on at least one thread. But yes, they really need to do a better job of it. Sportacular alone makes gameday a texting frustration.

Like really all they need to do is make it just like every other core notification. Put them all together in one badge on the screen, just like texts and missed calls.
