Hey Guys,

Yesterday I released my 8th App called Monster Dodge. The game is really addictive and requires you to drag the Doodle around the screen with your fingers and avoid the monsters which are swarming around the screen.

Here is the Description:

Monster Dodge is one of the most addictive and fun games in the App Store. The aim of the game is to drag your Doodle around your iPhone's/iPod Touch's Screen and dodge the monsters which I swarming around the screen. It also has some really cool, vibrant graphics which you are sure to love!

The game incorporates your current score as well as keeping a record for your high score. The score is calculated due to how long (seconds) you manage to dodge the monsters for.

Monster Dodge has 5 different levels!

- Easy
- Medium
- Hard
- Very Hard
- Insane

Each level has different a different number of monsters and also a different speed at which the monsters are swarming at!

**This App was developed by a 15 Year Old**

Cheers
James

Wow, nice use of the paint fill tool but I think LimaSky may take issue with you ripping of their Doodle Jump sprites.

How do you justify stealing Doodle Jump's assets and using them for your own financial gain, without any credit being given? I can hardly imagine that Lima Sky have given you permission for this.

I have reported your application to Apple, and I hope to see it off the App Store soon.

Lima Sky isn't happy (er, won't be happy). There's another "rip-off" called Doodle Drop, (still on the App Store), but they definitely had to change some things.

How do I need to change the whole thing? Also I need is the graphics of the characters which is a tiny fraction of the App. I don't need to change any code whatsoever.

your naivety will not bode you well. you have ripped off an entire application. simples.

Unless you can convince or show proof you created *everything* (images, code, whatever) this is a pretty shocking copy.

Doodle Dodge - Insanely Addictive

Doodle Jump - BE WARNED: Insanely Addictive! for iPhone, iPod ...

Yes, as a matter of fact I have everything. I coded all the code and created all the images, they just look very similar to the Doodle Jump images.

Very similar as in you copied them into Paint and poorly filled them in with bad colours? HTF did this get through the App Approval, we'll never know, but it won't last.

I'm worried that no matter what I say, you probably won't care/listen anyway and although you may not think you're copying it, you are.

Unless someone else wants to disagree with me? No? :)

EDIT: just noticed the "developed by 15 yr old", i've got nothing against age whatsoever & it's pretty impressive what you are doing.. However this is just wrong.
What do you expect Lima Sky would say to your app?
