DOS boot CD for iMac?

How can I create a DOS boot CD for the iMac. I need to run a disk maintenance program (Spinrite) which runs from a DOS disk. I understand that I can install Windows on a iMac and my Windows/DOS boot CD boots fine on the iMac but it does not recognize the Keyboard. I suspect that it's because it's a USB keyboard.

Is it possible to create a CD boot disk for Windows/DOS that runs on my iMac where I can use the keyboard?
