"double" charger for iphone/ipad?

like many I will own both - so will Apple offer some kind of double charger? i.e. be able to run two usb charging cables off of a single wall plug - would be nice to save space/weight when travelling.

If not, are there 3rd party products out there that works well enough for this?

Griffin already sell this uberdock...

I guess they'll sell an adapted version with the back row fitting an iPad (although a phone in front would obscure some of the screen!).

Alternatively, you could use a powered USB hub and plug your iPhone and iPad cables into that.

Didn't Apple have a patent for a 'moulding' charger? They could sell a dock that would accomodate at least 2 30 pin devices of any width.

Come to think of it. All you would need is two of the iPad docks, the bevel is open ended.

Ooo, that dock is very cool. If it had one iPad dock connector in the back and an iPhone sized dock along with a normal sized dock in the front, it'd be perfect!
