A odd event is occurring on my wife’s iPad Pro 10.5. Ever since 11.4 she has had several times doubles and a few times triples of the app she just used appear on the dock. They look like they are stacked on themselves. It’s very odd and the only way to get them to disappear is to shut it down and restart. Is anyone having this issue??? The top 3 apps are Mail, ProCreate, and Sims. Thanks for any insight.

Try this if you haven't already. Got to Settings >General>Multitasking and Dock. At bottom of the screen make sure "Show Suggested and Recent Apps" is deselect. That should clear the extras. Also if you are using an app on you iPhone that is also on your iPad it will show up in the dock which will give you duplicates.
