Downcast Cellular Downloads?

Hello.

I've tried my best to find this answer but cannot.

Can anyone explain how I can download podcasts using the Downcast app via a cellular connection? I see no setting for this in the app itself. And I do have Downcast enabled under the iOS cellular Settings app.

I simply cannot get a podcast to download when not connect to wi-fi. Thank you.

From the main screen in Downcast click the three dots at the lower right then go to settings. There are two different wifi settings in that screen you need to configure if you want to allow podcast downloads when not on wifi.

I don't see a toggle in Settings for Downcast which allows me to download using cellular.

Scroll down in that screen and there is a section for automatic downloading. You should be able to change that to "always" to download over cellular.

Can you explain why that would be under automatic downloading? Seems rather vague when you just want to download on cellular manually.

Got me.... I agree it is confusing.
