When in Downcast if I tell Siri to "rewind" it responds by saying "rewinding fifteen seconds" which is the default amount (I have it set to 15 seconds). If I tell Siri to "rewind one minute" Siri responds by saying "rewinding one minute" but it still only rewinds fifteen seconds. I'm hoping they can tie into this feature and have sent them a note but never heard back from them. Any programmers know if this is or is not possible yet?

I'm also a Downcast user however I don't use Siri. It does seem though that the Siri functionality isn't officially supported by Downcast (in iOS10) see also this and this (see replies) because the Sirikit API doesn't allow media apps (yet).

SiriKit support is divided into domains, each of which defines one or more tasks that can be performed. In order to support SiriKit, apps must support one of the following domains:

  • VoIP calling

  • Messaging

  • Payments

  • Photo

  • Workouts

  • Ride booking

  • CarPlay (automotive vendors only)

  • Restaurant reservations (requires additional support from Apple)

I had read that it's not supported but had hope that it might unofficially work since it does respond correctly even though the action doesn't match the response.
