Downgrade and Restore Messages

is there anyway to downgrade and restore all my messages?

nothing from your time on Beta will be restored (messages wise) unless you have an ipad or mac connected to your iMessages account. If you have a device that receives your iMessages, they will have them, but they won't be restored on your device that was running the beta.
